I just want to understand soul ties. Are they real? And if they are real, can they be one sided? I know I shouldn’t soul tied with my ex if it’s real but sometimes I can feel it think about her essentially when I’m focused on something else

when you suddenly think about her like that, does it feel more like missing her, or like you can actually sense her presence somehow?
i've wondered about soul ties too, especially when someone keeps popping into my head when i'm doing something completely unrelated. i used to think those thoughts meant my ex could somehow feel me too, and honestly that kept me stuck for a long time.
It's rare but they are out there. If it's one sided it's not a soul tie, soul mate or twin flame. If it is a true soul tie, it will be loving in every way with reciprocal love but not stressful
I think soul ties as a concept no, I just believe that certain people become so intertwined with our inner makings to a point where it feels physically impossible to be without them
It's a collection of feelings, icredibly strong feelings, but feelings nonetheless
and with it all being feelings, they don't need to be reciprocal.
