So I've been in 1 proper relationship - irl & online - we saw eachother usually once a month sometimes twice (broke up in early June) and I have had other only online relationships but i will only count 2 of them as the rest didnt last long at all, (that may sound bad but my personal preference) but with my 2 online relationships it only took me about 2 - 4 months to move on (i went back and forth to those 2 quite a lot - at least 2 or 3 times each) but with my last ex-gf its now been 3 months without her and it feels weird bc usually I'd be looking for someone/talking to someone by now but I feel so disconnected from everyone and I feel like I won't fall in love again for at least a year or even ever again, but obviously only time will tell. My ex already is dating a man a month or 2 after our breakup and just seeing that it doesnt make sense how she moved on so fast, even changed her sexuality in like a month (that to me doesnt really make sense..) and im in denial of talking to anyone new, i dont mind making friends if i have the courage to but actually talking to someone and having that kind of bond with them I just cant picture it and in a way I feel disappointed in myself because my other relationships it took me like less than 6 months to move on/go back to them, from my other ex to my recent ex-gf it took like 4 1/2 months to move on but I just cant picture myself talking to anyone new after her now... even though being in love and the physical connection is all I ever want to experience again

i felt so broken when my ex started dating again quickly while i was still struggling to get through normal days.
i really feel the part where you still want love and that physical connection, but can’t imagine sharing it with anyone else. do you think you’re scared you’ll never love again, or does loving someone new just feel wrong while you still love her?
I think both if im honest but im leaning more towards that i wont find someone else. I have so much love to give i just dont think anyone will love me like how she did because she was amazing and I feel like no one can beat it..
every past breakup had a pattern and then one person comes along and completely wrecks that timeline. three months can feel like forever when you’re still attached, but i wouldn’t be disappointed in yourself for not wanting anyone else yet.
