i did ! i breathed. a real breath. no knot, nothing hurting in my stomach/heart, i was just living the moment
that first date where you suddenly realize you can laugh and flirt without your ex sitting in the back of your mind. after so much heaviness, feeling that little bit of freedom again felt HUGE.
