what saved me in those exact moments was opening a blank note on my phone and typing out every single raw, angry, pathetic thing i wanted to send him instead.
sitting on my floor during a nightmare week, completely broken, just typing texts to his blocked number over and over because the silence in my room felt like it was going to crush me.
