I find it so hard to believe that there is someone out there for everyone, especially for those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community like myself (specifically those who are gay & lesbian) because in my experiences I've never had a woman confess to me in real life and ive been rejected by 2 women in real life because 1 was straight and the other didnt like me in that way (she's bisexual) whereas my 2 ex-gf's we confessed to eachother online, 1 being strictly online and the other being both online and irl. I just feel like it is so difficult to find someone of the same sex who also like the same sex irl without it really being strictly online, ofc i understand im young im not begging for a relationship right now nor am i really looking for one but that's just what I feel in my experiences because the majority of people are straight and ive had like 2 men within the last month now (at college) who have said they like me and it feels horrible like what am I doing wrong that doesnt show im not a lesbian in someway because I always make it VERY obvious and literally everyone in my class except those 2 boys have figured it out/know of it bc im open about it. Either they were both doing it to "make me switch up" or im not being clear enough even though I thought i had been...

i've had people ignore my sexuality even when i was VERY open about it, and it made me question if i was being clear enough. you're not doing anything wrong, and you don't owe those guys a better explanation of who you are. they need to respect what you've already told them.
when those two guys said they liked you, did they already know you were a lesbian, or did they act surprised when you told them?
they didnt know but when I told them they just kept trying
