sometimes just naming it helps — “i gave my all and got nothing.” let yourself feel the frustration before trying to move on, it actually makes the next step lighter.

ugh i’ve been there 😭 i put everything into someone who just… didn’t care. the wasted time feels heavy, like this bruise you can’t see. you’re not alone in feeling gutted.
