I texted him today I asked him how he’s doing and me texting him when I know it will hurt me even more to get over him but I keep thinking about him and every moment we have together I just want to tell him I want him back but he broke with me cause he lost feelings for me I just don’t know anymore

it’s okay to feel pulled toward him, but i found that small pauses in messaging helped me slowly breathe again.

i kept texting my ex even though every reply tore me apart. the wanting her back while knowing she moved on… it’s gut-wrenching
at least, we tried to reach out and do things that we can do
