six months is a long time to carry that pain alone. are you still seeing reminders of her every day or is it mostly the social media stuff pulling you back in?
Ive been thru this before, but i think what you should do, (optiona) you could delete social media and go back on after a few months or years depends on it
i know that loop, checking their page and hurting all over again it hurts me everytime
my ex moved on pretty fast too and i kept checking their profile like it was a bad habit i couldn’t drop. every time i looked it just reopened the wound. you’re not weird for feeling stuck like this.
