therapy is helping me alot! like i ended a 3 year relationship and i felt like okay now i will be really heartbroken, but guess i am living normally, like it's only been 10 days and it felt like i already moved on because therapy helped me process things earlier
plus i will start gym from tomorrow, so it'll probably make things indifferent for me as if i don't even care if he's there or no😂

i’m curious… do you feel fully moved on or is it more like you just feel steady right now and not overwhelmed?
i feel like i can handle myself during such difficult times and the feeling that i am not alone and a few months from now on i will be geniunely okay, probably in a better position
i just don't feel hopeless and helpless and heartbroken
just stable, intact and it feels like growth (gym, studying, therapy)
having something like the gym right after helped me a lot too. it gave me somewhere to put all that restless energy instead of spiraling over him all day
i love this energy 😂 when i started therapy after my breakup and i was like wait… why am i not falling apart the way i expected?? it felt so weird but also kinda empowering ngl
exactly it just makes me feel strong that damn we can survive this without crumbling or losing ourselves and still live a normal lifee
