she distanced herself from everyone including me
i mean you guys broke up when she is going through depression and you probably didnt make her mental health any better if you guys brokeup in the first place— so honestly i doubt she will
I tried not to take it personally but she distanced her self from me and ignored me
@JoyfulAndFree213 its very normal in depression to push people away and be left alone in silence

my ex left when she was dealing with depression too, said she couldn’t feel anything properly. she did come back later, but she was still unsure and it didn’t really fix what broke us.
As someone who was depressed in the end of my last relationship and didn’t get emotional support in my hardest time. I won’t go back. I wish I could and I still love the person but I know that I need someone who will support me and help in not only the good times.
