we were in a situationship for one year and I've known him for 3 years,he was the only boy I wanted attention from and I really loved him but he only wanted sex because he didn't want a relationship.In the first 5 months that we were together he treated me so bad but after September and until January we got so close,he opened up to me about his personal life,we slept skin to skin,and then I realised that I can't imagine my life without him because he was the only one that was there for me and I don't really have real friends,then I decided that I can't do this anymore and if I don't cut him off I never will,in February he messaged me again and told me to talk about it and that he was sorry but I said no and then I started missing him more and more,I realised that no boy could ever replace him,and then 2 days ago I saw him on the bus I was shaking so bad because he was Infront of me and he definitely saw me and after i thought i was over him I wanted to cry because I really miss him and i don't know what to. do,I want to text him so bad but I always think that If he wanted he would it's so hard to get over it because he was a part of my daily life for 3 years,I met him when I was 15 and next year I turn 19 it hurts so bad

when you think about texting him, do you miss HIM or do you miss how it felt when he was close to you?
i know you miss him, but i had to remind myself he already showed me what he wanted, and it wasn’t a relationship. going back would’ve just pulled me into that same cycle again.
i had a situationship like that too, where it started bad but then those few months of closeness made me feel like it was real. i remember shaking when i saw him again, like my body forgot we were done.
he is a karma partner (the ones you learn your lessons from for your self and what you want ). you don't want that and while it hurts .. a life time of hurt of being used or replaced is worse.
side note please don't use phrases like "skin to skin" it's for parents with children and just comes across stalker ... don't use that term to him when you talk about or he will run further.
good luck and do something nice for yourself you are so so young and have a world of relationships to have yet.
