hi fam, tell you what, it’s get better and all fine. my only point for you is to work on yourself and cut off all contacts with that person for someday. you guys should understand that, a person is capable of leaving at your worst has definite reasons for why doing so, what you guys shared at some point in your lives were all real, and good memories. be grateful for that.
so acknowledge that they’re not anymore in your life, go for building your self again, start that hobby you always wanted to try out. go for learning a new instrument, a skill, meet with like minded individuals.
telling you guys, life’s far more worth than what you guys feels now.

when you say they left at your worst, do you feel like that changed how you see them now or do you still hold onto who they used to be?
the no contact part is the one thing that actually helped me. i kept breaking it before and it just reset the pain every time, once i stayed consistent things started to feel a bit lighter.
i get what you’re saying… i had to cut contact too after my breakup and it felt brutal at first, like i was losing them all over again. but yeah, that space slowly gave me back pieces of myself i didn’t even realize i lost.
sure
"Acknowleding they're no longer in my life" is both scary and a relief and surreal...i mean...is this really reality now? Can I really let her go for good? Isnt that wrong? Doesnt she need me and dont I need her? Wont everything be super lonely and meaningless without her? Thats the stuff that comes up for me
look, just keep in mind that you were born WITHOUT this person , so yesss obviously you can live without this person, except if you put in your mind that you'll not, cause everything happens in your mind. so stop letting these ideas invade you. there is soooooo many girls around there , maybe she was just not meant to be , another one will .
