when i went through this i had to ask myself if i was okay again BEFORE they showed up. if the answer was no, i kept my distance because it usually helps them more than you.

this one stings… my ex came back after months asking for “closure” too and it just reopened everything i was finally starting to settle. it didn’t give me peace like i thought it would.
