tomorrow is meant to be our 5 month and it’s also his birthday. I have him blocked on everything and I just feel a bit upset. I miss him so much that I came on here to vent. but I did speak to his friend and told him to wish my ex a happy birthday but yeah it’s day 4 no contact and ughhhhh it’s killing meeee

birthdays during no contact are BRUTAL 😭 i remember staring at my phone all day fighting myself not to text him. day 4 is still so fresh, no wonder your chest feels heavy.
