my ex came back right when i was finally starting to notice someone new, and suddenly all the feelings i thought were settled came rushing back. it made me realize i still had a lot of questions about the breakup.
i was not rushing into either person. i needed to figure out whether i wanted my ex back because things had actually changed, or because they felt familiar and safe.
We met up again but I just don’t feel attracted to my ex anymore, I just feel comfortable around him
tell your ex you’re talking to someone.

You're healing and thats why the ex came back. do not let that break and ruin all your progress. they are an ex for a reason. you are stronger and more deserving than this. spend time with the guy that is ACTUALLY interested in you <3

when your ex came back, did you feel excited because you genuinely wanted them again, or because you were afraid of closing that chapter for good?
