was there something specific that pulled you back in this time, or was it just one of those nights where the missing them hit REALLY hard?
if a day or 2 passes, he messaged me if I don't message him & I can't help but to respond when he message or call me. We spoke the entire time last night.
i kept breaking no contact for months after my breakup. every time i swore it was the last time, i'd end up right back there again.
this is what's reaching me. it's harder than people think it is.
Its ok, be kind to yourself, you are human. Just remember to keep trying after every relapse until it sticks. Your heart is just having a hard time catching up

@Aniesha you are in control here. Its time to block him and keep him blocked. You are prolonging your healing everytime you reach out or respond

the worse part is he keeps answering me and responding
