I honestly do not want no contact but I do not want to interfere with her healing process. Is it okay to have her feelings be the only reason you maintain it?

yeah give her the space and time she needs
did she tell you she needed no contact, or is this something you decided because you felt it was best for her?
i wanted to text her every single day, but i knew she needed the space even if i hated it. that kind of no contact hurts in a different way.
why do you feel that no contact is not necessary for you to let go of her? Are you afraid to admit to yourself that no contact let's you to begin to go through the process of healing? Because ending a relationship is tragic, you might want to come to terms that this program is designed to help you released all the hurt feelings you are stuffing inside and to realize your relationship is over. Good luck and attempt to do the exercises this program has made available to you.
Nowhere did I say I didn’t need no contact. I just don’t want it. Those two things can exist at the same time.
yea, let her heal
if she is on this app, you are interfering with her healing process by being on here too.
She wanted me to do this with her. Otherwise I wouldn’t be on here.
@Earthbound Maybe use a different app. it seems super counter productive.
