there is a théory that by giving no contact to mens, they are happy at first but then realize their loss. at first, he was ignoring my stories, not answering, liking, everything.
a few days laters he is now liking them etc, even liking my Strava thing, but i won't react and waits for him to reach out

watching my ex slowly start viewing my stories again after weeks of silence and every little like felt like a tiny sign i wanted to believe in. i had to remind myself how much the silence hurt me too.
yea like it's never enough, first we want them to watch, then to like, then to text but they never met our expectations

well i do not want to reach out, indeed i want him to do it's to prove he still cares but also to prove he cares once cuz he wasn't in love with me
I think for everyone it’s different I broke no contact 2 days ago due to a spiral of seeing photos of my ex online only to get cruelty and hey you blocked me I don’t miss you or think of you. why would I. so I was even the bad guy for the no contact. I don’t know breaking no contact is worse than anything. I don’t think no contact on my end is going to bring them back. I just need to learn to live again.

he did this to me as well but it happened multiple of times, so now i know if it happens again I need to ignore him this time, he keeps coming back because he knows you are always going to be there when him and another girl doesn't work out.
