he asked that we don't unfriend/unfolded each other, and I want to respect that. but seeing him go out and update on socials more than he updated me during our rs hurts me deeply. I broke no contact yesterday, just to update him on my mother's status on her surgery. he wasn't unkind but he's also not un-cruel. I dont miss him, I miss being valued. I miss being heard. I miss being wanted. I dont want to look for anyone anymore. I'm so tired. I made a promise to myself and to a friend when I'm 27 I'll start opening my heart again. For now, I need to focus on my mother, career and myself.

i kept my ex on my socials because i thought it was the kind thing to do, but every post felt like proof they had energy for everyone except me. muting him gave me room to breathe without making it a big statement.
if you muted him today, do you think it would feel like giving up on him, or finally giving yourself a little peace?
I think personality you should block him om everything. I tried to be friends eith me ex on socials and I was constantly checking on him and worried, in reality he just wanted to be left alone. the best thing u can do is keep yourself from making those impulsive decisions
u should unfriend him, he's cruel wanting you to see him leaving his bestlife without caring for you, no contact is no stalking no talking, just focus on yourself
