deleted every message I ever sent her before our break up. wish I could delete her messages too but thats not how discord works. I *could* block her but i dont know... she's still in my current friends' lives, maybe I should block her maybe I should delete the rest...

i’d delete whatever keeps pulling you back into old conversations, and i’d block her if seeing her online keeps messing with your head
you actually want to keep her unblocked because you might want contact someday, or does blocking just feel too scary right now?
i deleted every trace i could too, then got stuck staring at the stuff i couldn’t delete. having her still connected to your friends makes it so much harder to feel like you actually got away.
this is what my therapist says to me I give you permission to block delete and get rid of anything you're holding on to
blocking sometimes does help. I can’t bring myself to delete anything either. I have however removed everything from our apartment that is theirs. haven’t gotten rid of it but kind of like an out of sight out of mind.
