when i couldn’t make sense of it, i stopped trying to understand their behavior and focused on how it made me feel. it didn’t fix anything but it helped me stop blaming myself so much.

I have been in that same situation where I have been asking myself what I did to him so that he would do that to me... I still have no answer up to now
