Crying through the pain of letting go

it's only been 4 days since we've had no contact.... it's been about 2 months since the break up ive cried countless times trying to figure out how it all went wrong

letting go is the hardest part bec sometime it's not about the person but who they were I've loved this man for 8 years and I continue to love him he was my best friend I don't know how to let that go I dont think ill ever have it in me to let go.... and it kills me to know that's the reality of it all
