I understand you,I am in the same situation, what you are feeling is valid . Forgive yourself and focus on yourself if he wants you he will come back to you
he doesn't seem kind or considerate. stop reminiscing over your messages, it just prolongs the healing. one foot in front of the other, one day at a time. Just keep living your life and keep yourself distracted from him

@hali i understand. And it hurts. But hes actively chosen to live his life without you. It will take time, but you've got to end the loop of looking back. Do you want to heal and live your best life? Or do you constantly want to feel sad and broken by thinking about him and looking back at old messages. Or hold on to hope that he'll come back? because that is literally torture
