blocked him everywhere and still waking up thinking about him like my brain didn’t get the memo. those dreams with him and someone else… yeah, they HURT in a weird way that sticks all day
when you dream about someone, it means that in your head the story still didint get a closure or an end
Happened to me today, it helped a lot talking about it to people, not on a spiteful way, but really trying to explain what happend, they sharing their own experiences helped me to understand better and process my own, it isn't going to get easier by itself, it takes time, tools and effort, but it's going to get better, I truly promise you that
