i had to start separating “i made mistakes” from “i was the entire problem.” those are two very different things. honestly, writing down what actually happened instead of what my guilt was telling me helped a lot.
Is it just a feeling or the truth ? Distinguish between the two if it's feeling get rid of it it's just at the back of your head if it's the truth then forgive yourself , it might take time but eventually
Idk I think it was all my fault too, im the one who wants to breakup with him but now that he moved on. Idk I have a boyfriend now but I know im guilty and still relapsing
trust me it was all my fault and the guilt eats u up from inside...its been 5 months since all that happend and I still get nightmares. its the worst. no one knows better than me..if u find a way tell me too bro
