how do you go no contact with this person as best as you can our parenting plan is not set in stone by courts so I could just ghost him and not let him see his child but I'm not that type of person.

brutal because there’s no clean no contact when kids are involved. i had to learn that “low contact” was the closest thing
I'm navigating this as well. I believe email only and it's legal for the adult contact regarding kids. Depends on how old the kids are as well
