I guess there’s one upside to being too stressed out on everything else happening in your life: you don’t have time to think about your partner 🥲

I feel you. my breakup was long and dragged out over 6 months while we tried to "work things out". then I was made redundant from my job, a day later we had a big blow up fight and finally officially ended things (had to move all my furniture out of his house by myself that day), then two days after that our cat died! honestly if you don't laugh you'll cry.
holy shit 😭I sincerely hope you’re doing better now!
sometimes survival mode carries you through the first part
after my breakup i got so overwhelmed with work and family stuff that i barely had time to cry at first. then one random quiet night it all hit me at once. the numbness can feel weirdly safer than the heartbreak.
oh yeah I’m going straight into health family school and work stress . I don’t get a minute to breathe 😅
it’s okay to actually be busy, but don’t avoid your feelings, you have to sit with the feeling and really feel it and accept it to heal yourself. don’t forget to care about yourself and be so kind to yourself in this time, you deserve to heal and invest in yourself
thank you for the sweet words, I really appreciate it. 🩶
