I have limited urges to text my ex anymore and don’t reach out to him unless there’s actually something I need. But, I’m obsessed with stalking him, his brother’s and all of his friends. even the school he goes to because he’s so involved in his post very often. I know this isn’t normal and it’s not good for me, but I get like a craving for it. How do I stop doing this.

stopped texting him too, but i became a full-time detective on everyone connected to him 😭 every post felt like another hit and i’d spiral for hours after.
this hurt to read because i can tell you’re not even doing it to be toxic, you just miss him and want to feel connected somehow. was there something specific you found out once that made your brain keep going back for more?
not really, I think just seeing him over and over again gives me like a dopamine hit
