I broke no contact after 36 days of no contact I heard that he's dating at work again where we met but I no longer work at that branch, I wrote him a whole paragraph calling him names I said things to him that I don't even regret he deserves everything I said. And I blocked him afterwards atleast I can really see who he really is. This thing is not easy when u tell urselr u done then u hear things like this I feel so dissapointed and hurt all over again I was doing so well.

i’ve had that exact moment where one piece of news undid WEEKS of progress. i remember feeling so angry at myself for reacting, but honestly hearing she moved on while you’re still hurting cuts deep as hell
36 days is still 36 days. one emotional moment doesn’t erase all the healing you already did. blocking him after saying your piece probably saved you from sitting there waiting for a response that would hurt even more.
when you heard he was dating again, was it more the betrayal that hurt or the feeling that he got to move on while you’re still carrying all this pain?
Dating at work again I think I was not gonna feel like this if he was dating outside but I'm hurt and betrayed that he did it again at work and people are talking and I hear everything.
I'm really hurt all over again not that I want him back how do I move on from this.im just very dissapointed and next week I'm going to work at there branch just for one day.They gonna be all over each other I just need God to give me strength for that day.
