my ex went on a beach trip right after we broke up and i kept unblocking just to torture myself with every smiling picture 😭 every single time i checked, i felt worse after. like reopening the wound on purpose.
i was looking for signs she missed me too. i muted EVERYTHING and gave my passwords to a friend for a week because i had zero self control at first.
were her vacation posts always something that triggered insecurity during the relationship too, or is it mostly the breakup making every post feel personal now?
honestly both but now it’s worse
if she wanted you to know she should have called you. stay calm 😌. its not the end of the world even if it feels that way. love is an addiction just like drug, you are in withdrawal and it will take time to recover. if you contact her and she doesn't respond believe me you'll feel worse.
