it's been 11 months. she's already with someone else. while I'm still thinking about her everyday. what can I do? I did everything, going to the gym, working nonstop and earning more. hell I even started growing my own food and learning a new language. but she just lingers in my mind, every day.

dear Ava -when we broke up because you cheated you said pls Zane Give me a chance u kept trying even when you let our bridges burn and now u need to move on because the longer we stay the longer it's bad you said it's just a phase and I'll come back but no I'm not you left me for Alex my bsf now I'm taking Abby ur bsf guess karma comes back in a new way .
you can not escape thought and her in your mind by working more and trying everything to forget her or to prove yourself you're better .
I did the same , but when you will get tired you will brake down . it is very important for you to realize that she will not come back and eccapt that . you have to do all this for yourself and heal , not to prove to her that you're better now .
I made a mistake....for the first 2 years he treated me like a princess...we hardly fought..after college got over hejust became distant..when I started complaining he ignored..one day in anger I just blurted out I'll make sure you hate me..idk why I said that but I just said and he just took that so seriously that he decided to end he...he directly didn't say anything but he started with no contact for a month..I tried every way of apologising and then he just became cold...no I love you nothing..I just feel so broken..sometimes what you say becomes a reality
thoughts may keep coming and going but always think of how can you improve from yesterday.
stop giving them so much importance in your mind and try to see this situation from a third person’s perspective
🥺🥺🥺
I think it's wonderful that you're growing your own food and learning a new language! Keep on focusing on yourself!
y'all will be okay
you think about her now, do you miss her as she really was, or the life you thought you were going to have with her?
i had to stop treating every thought about my ex like proof that i was going backwards. i kept living my life even when she crossed my mind, and eventually those thoughts stopped having so much power over my day.
i filled my days with work, gym, new hobbies, everything i could think of, and somehow she was still the first thought when i woke up and the last one before sleep. 11 months can feel like forever when your heart hasn’t caught up yet.
