i know this feeling. i used to check my ex's profile without even thinking, it became a habit before i realized what i was doing. every time i looked, i felt worse than before
what helped me was making it just a little harder to check. i muted, unfollowed, even logged out for a while because i knew one peek could ruin my whole day. after a few weeks the urge finally started easing up.

block. even change your number or deactivate your SM account if you have to
block them. delete them. and stop searching for them or the answers you seek. look into yourself and focus on building yourself up.
