my wife decided to leave me honestly about 6 months ago but I didn't realize until about a month ago, 2 weeks ago I found out she was talking to someone else which hurt alot, we are currently still living under the same roof just sleeping separately, 2 days ago she looked at me and told me she had an awkward question to ask the guy she has been talking to wanted to come over and implied she wanted me put of the house for a while I lost it crying doesn't even begin to describe it, but I left and went to my dad's for the last 2 nights I need to go back home tonight to look after some things and will probably be there for the rest of the week, how do I navigate all this.

these kind of situations suck. she should in all honest not have asked you that, that’s insane to leave your own house. if she had any love for the relationship she used to have with you she wouldn’t never mentioned another guy since you are clearly hurting. if that house is still legally your home, i wouldn’t keep disappearing every time she wants space for another man, because i started acting like a guest in my own house and it wrecked me emotionally.
