My instagram fyp is hell bent on gaslighting me into believing that ts is gonna work out and she’s gonna come back and stuff. go ahead and put in the comments how much longer I’m gonna stay in no contact. I actually want her back I just know how realistic that is.
i had to stop checking anything that could feed the “she’s coming back” story. the first few weeks were rough as hell, but eventually my brain stopped treating every random reel like a message meant for me.
my fyp used to feed me every possible sign that my ex was coming back, and i’d cling to every damn one. no contact got way harder when my own feed kept giving me hope.
this hit home 😭 are you actually wanting her back, or is the hope from your fyp just making it harder to accept the silence?
