We had decided to stay friends because it was too hard to let go. i thought we would keep it civil and be considerate of each other. but she told me about how she hooked up with someone. ever since then I can't stop thinking about it. she shouldn't have told me, even after knowing that I'm still in the process of moving on like her. That would have been the nice thing to do. Instead she came and bragged to me. Made me feel like shit.

mine bragged too like he wanted me to bleed. i remember my chest burning when he said it. felt like he spit in my face. i hated him more in that moment than during the breakup.

Maybe you should talk to her about how you’re feeling. Let her know that her sharing that stuff hurt you, especially when you’re still trying to move on. Who knows, maybe she didn’t realize how much it would affect you.
For now, just focus on yourself, you know? Do things that make you happy, hang out with people who lift you up. You’ll get through this, it just might take some time.
