I don't feel well, but it's not about my relationship that ended, I have other problems and it's hard to cope on my own, I would like to talk to someone and she was always my doctor, I can talk to her about Should I write or talk to her about it, or leave it alone?

do you want to talk to her about just your feelings, or more about advice on your other problems too? figuring that out might help you decide.
if you feel safe with her and she’s your doctor, maybe just start with writing it out first. even a short message can ease the weight without overwhelming either of you.
i had so much bottled up stress besides my breakup, and i felt so lost not knowing who to talk to. writing it down first helped me sort my thoughts.
write to your mom dad sis bro, friends, neighbourhood, unknown people on let it go or call a real doctor, but leave him alone.
*if he wanted to, he could *
I agree with Lucky Charm
That's a big no for me.
She's your ex, she cannot be your doctor once you broke up...
Only exception, because that's whatcI live with one if my exes : if the break up was a long time ago and you became friends with no ambiguities. We broke up 15 years ago and she's now my best friend. but it took time.
Find someone else to help you, because, even if you say it's not about the relationship... well, it always is. She will see it that way anyway...
