He left me, I saw it coming, but it really hurts, I really tried to make this relationship work. But he left me and he doesn't want to talk to me. I downloaded this app to keep track of the days, it's been 5 long days since I haven't reached out. The thing that hurt me the most is that I think he doesn't miss me and it's probably talking to someone else. What can I do to take him out of my mind?

when you catch yourself thinking about him, does it feel more like missing him or like wanting validation? understanding that helped me shift focus.
5 days is huge progress already. try filling your mind with small distractions—music, walks, journaling—it slowly makes space for yourself instead of him
i did EVERYTHING to keep him, then he just… left. counting days on an app helped me not reach out impulsively.
I have been crying everyday for 8 days straight, and counting. I do journaling and swimming to help with grief. Try to love yourself in those hard days. Feel it all and know that you will come out of this stronger and wiser.
For me it's crying it all out that helps. I look at his pics, listen to songs that remind me of him, and give myself a 2 hours permission to cry. The more I cry the better I feel, the less I feel hurt by the thoughts about him. Don't feel ashamed to cry, it once was something meaningful and it deserves to be grieved over
