I called him and ruined 15 days of no contact.
I think he was used to not talking to me, he just asked if it was an emergency, I said I just wanted to talk, no response after that.
Has anyone been through a similar situation? How am I supossed to recover after that?

did you feel like talking was about closure, or just wanting connection? sometimes knowing that helps with moving forward
it sucks but just reset. even if you slipped, restarting no contact is still progress. patience is everything
i once broke no contact after 2 weeks and got ghosted too 😠it HURT but reminded me why NC was needed
