When I initiated contact on Friday, she immediately opened up even though she had broken up, then at 2 a.m. I got a message saying "are you sleeping?" and yes, I was sleeping, when I woke up I asked what had happened that she was writing so late, she replied "nothing, don't worry", I didn't want to press anything, so I wrote "okay, I won't disturb you", and then she didn't read it, she did it 4 days later at 10 p.m., why do they do that?

she misses me and she tell me that a week ago but she tries not to write
try not to read too deep into her timing. people who start the breakup but still reach out are usually confused too. keep your calm, don’t chase explanations. let her actions show what she really wants — not her late-night texts.
mine used to do that too — reach out late at night, stir everything up, then disappear like nothing happened. it messed with my head so bad. sometimes they just want reassurance without giving any back. it hurts like hell
maybe she was testing you to see if you are still open to talk to her. or maybe she wanted to talk and regretted it.
