I called her after a few days of silence just to talk, without begging, out of pure curiosity and the desire to talk, and she said a sentence that surprised me, she goes to a psychologist, and now tell me guys What does this mean for her? She broke up because she lost her feelings, but it clearly hit her hard anyway. Will this help her open up to me somehow? Will it help her move on?

when she told you that, did it sound like she wanted you to know on purpose? like she was hinting at something, or just mentioning it casually?
therapy usually helps people make sense of what they felt, but it doesn’t always mean they’ll circle back. sometimes it just helps them face things they ran from. either way, her healing doesn’t erase what you meant to her.
hearing something similar from my ex. he said he was working on himself and it messed with my head because i didn’t know if that meant healing with me or from me. it’s such a weird mix of hope and confusion
