do you think she’s watching out of habit, or is there something specific in your story that keeps pulling her attention?
sometimes people watch just to feel connected or curious. for me, blocking or muting helped me finally stop wondering and start healing
my ex kept checking my posts for months too, no interaction, just lurking. it messes with your head more than you’d expect
it's curiosity. it's not an act of love. if it was love, they'd be proactive about it but it's ego.
maybe go through your followers and see if there’s anyone tied to her that would be giving her access? or if you have her on snap still, just remove her. if it’s been 3 months I think it shows her maturity and how she’s still thinking about you/getting back at you. like… move on, dude.
