I've moved on from the memories, but sometimes it hits me how he promised marriage and standing together through thick and thin. He said he'd never leave my hand, but he left me alone in tough times. Now, I'm focusing on myself đ. Guess everything happens for a reason. It was a 15-year relationship; may he be happy, and I'm moving forward too. đ

you ever catch yourself missing the person he was in those promises, or do you feel like youâve accepted who he showed himself to be in the end?
i feel this⌠15 years is a whole lifetime with someone. i had someone promise forever too, said all the right things, then disappeared when things got hard and that part really HURT. you donât forget that easily
