How do I do not contact when I have 4 kids with him and he still leaves at home but in a different room. we havent been "together " in a little over a month. I miss him so much and wish he would change his mind and want to work on it, but im starting to see that I had a big part in him finally getting to this point, I am in therpy, but I know I cant make him fall back in love with me.

i couldn’t do full no contact either, so i kept it to only what was needed.
are there moments where he still acts like before, or is it clearly distant now all the time
we talk, and sometimes goof off, but its definitely not the same.
i’ve been there in a weird in-between like that, living together but not really together, and it messes with your head so bad. missing him even when he was right there in the next room
