she reached out to me I made her aware I still felt strongly about her she said we were not on the same page. I was devastated. I just gotta keep going there’s nothing more to do now

it happens buddy I work with my exs father. he and I are still good because he knows I tried my hardest for her even through the tears and the pain I tried. but I am slowly arriving to the stage where I have love for her but I know I need to stay away.
i think telling her the truth was the right move. i spent months pretending i was okay and it just dragged the pain out longer for me
there. that feeling when they come back just enough to reopen everything, then remind you you’re still alone in those feelings. that part HURTS
