My ex broke up with in november. April 5th to that time he just liked attention from other girls because he would never stop talking to them. we’ve been on and off , but now we’re not like that anymore because knows i talk to a guy (as friends) that he doesn’t like. but now he is talking to a girl he cheated on me with. It hurts so much i’ve deleted social media , I don’t really know how to heal and move on. i’ve never had to deal with something like this.

i'm glad you stepped away from social media.
this one hit me hard. my ex went back to the person who was part of the betrayal too, and it made me question EVERYTHING. deleting social media gave my heart a little room to breathe, even when it still hurt every day
what hurts the most right now, that he's talking to the girl he cheated with, or that it feels like he's moved on while you're still carrying all this pain?
