when i got like this i made myself wait just one more hour before reaching out, then another. it didn't erase the ache, but it stopped me from sending texts i knew i'd regret later.
when you say you need him, do you miss him, or do you miss how safe and familiar he used to make you feel?
feeling this exact panic. i'd stare at my phone thinking one call from him would make everything okay, but every hour that passed without hearing from him hurt even more.
