40 days no contact: why can't i move on?

40 days you are doing greatttt I am so proud of you

40 days can feel like nothing when your heart is still stuck there. i've been there, watching my ex look happy with someone new while i was barely getting through my own days.

thinking their new life meant i was falling behind somehow

I am in a similar situation and a similar amount of time. I have some days where I feel like I’ve made real progress and others where I feel I’ll never move on. we have to keep going, one day at a time.

you see him happy with her, does it make you miss him more, or does it hurt more because it feels like he moved on so easily?

I always think about him the time we share he is my first everything idk how easily he moved on

I am going through the same thing its been 48 says for me but you know what I barely even thought about him today. so its getting better with time. hang in there and no matter what dont break no contact.
