I saw something so small and I broke down again and I relapsed and called him 4 times. I’m not blocked on anything which is good I think but at the same time he didn’t answer so what was the point of even calling? lost 29 days and it was something so small. I feel embarrassed and dumb and I know I have to give him space and myself space because that was so dumb of me.

I broke a 30-day streak once because I saw a stupid song we used to listen to, and calling him four times just to get sent straight to voicemail made my stomach drop into my feet. please don't beat yourself up for being human and missing your person, those 29 days didn't just vanish because you had a weak moment.
