when you say betrayal, do you mean you're struggling more with missing them, or with the fact that you don't trust your own memories of the relationship anymore?

was stopping myself from looking for one final explanation that would make it hurt less. i had to accept that they chose what they chose, and i could stop carrying the shame for it.
