i had to remind myself that someone looking okay doesn’t tell me what they actually felt or when they started grieving the relationship.
i keep wondering this too, but do you know for sure he got over you that fast, or are you judging his feelings by what you’re seeing from the outside?

watching someone seem completely fine while i was still falling apart made me feel like our whole relationship meant nothing to him. it hurt like hell
I get that
The person who moves on fast, after a breakup, it's the one at fault, when it comes to the relationship. So you wouldn't be able to understand that, because you're the one still deeply in love, and broken. The idea of hurting for him moving on fast, it's because he was your drug, and you are in withdrawal, right now. But when the most painful part of the process is gone, you will feel silly about wanting someone so bad, even though he clearly couldnt correspond. And then you will look at the person next to you and realize how different it is when it's real. It's easy, and it doesn't hurt. It's respectful and it's reciprocal. ❤️🩹
Men have their ways to cope with breakups, unlike us girls, they process everything late. I'm not saying that they would come back after they realise what they lost, but they would reflect everything they've done to that break up.
